Terms of Service

NovaQuasar is available only to people who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly allow them to create accounts. If we learn that an account holder is under 18, we may suspend or terminate that account and delete its data.

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for all activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Eligible new accounts may receive one 7-day free trial that includes 5 video minutes. Free-trial video minutes may be used for YouTube Shorts only; Long Videos require a paid plan.

The trial is one-time per account. Once it expires or its allowance is used, another free trial is not provided. Unused trial minutes have no cash value and do not carry over.

To keep the trial one-time, if you delete your account after using the free trial we retain a one-way, non-plaintext identifier derived from your email address, together with the date the trial was used, for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted. We do not retain your email address itself. If you create a new account with the same address during that period, it will start with the free trial already marked as used.

Current plan definitions are:

• Creator — $19.99/month — 20 video minutes
• Pro — $39.99/month — 50 video minutes
• Studio — $79.99/month — 100 video minutes

Included video-minute allowances reset at the start of each billing period, and unused included minutes do not roll over. Creator, Pro, and Studio support both YouTube Shorts and Long Videos, subject to the limits of the plan and these Terms.

“Video minutes” means the actual duration of successfully completed video output — not the time you spend using NovaQuasar. Usage is measured from the finished video's real duration with second-level precision, and individual videos are not rounded up to a whole minute.

Video generations that fail consume no allowance. Retrying or completing the same video more than once does not result in duplicate usage being charged to your allowance.

NovaQuasar uses artificial intelligence and automated systems to generate or assist with scripts, narration, visuals, captions, scene planning, video creation, and other supported creative elements.

AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, unexpected results, or similarities to other content. You are responsible for reviewing your finished content before publishing or distributing it. We do not guarantee views, subscribers, engagement, revenue, monetization eligibility, virality, or any particular business result.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to NovaQuasar. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process, store, transform, and deliver that content for the purpose of providing and operating the service.

You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any material you upload or submit.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, the restrictions of the providers we rely on, and these Terms, you may use the videos and other output you create through NovaQuasar, including for commercial purposes.

We make no promise about the copyrightability or exclusive ownership of purely AI-generated material, which varies by jurisdiction and may not be protectable at all.

You may not use NovaQuasar for:

• illegal activity;
• fraud or scams;
• exploitation or abuse, including anything involving minors;
• explicit pornographic or sexual content;
• non-consensual intimate content;
• content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• malicious impersonation or deceptive activity;
• other content or conduct that violates applicable law or NovaQuasar's policies.

NovaQuasar is intended for broadly PG-13-style creator content. We may refuse a generation request, restrict access, remove content where appropriate, or suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations.

NovaQuasar relies on third-party infrastructure, AI systems, rendering providers, hosting and storage services, and other service providers. Availability, performance, or functionality may occasionally be affected by those providers, and their own terms and restrictions may apply to content processed through them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be improved, modified, added, limited, or discontinued as the service develops.

Creator, Pro, and Studio are recurring monthly subscriptions. Paddle, a third-party payment and subscription processor, processes subscription payments and provides the subscription-management process. NovaQuasar does not store raw payment-card information.

Each included video-minute allowance applies only to the corresponding paid billing period. Usage is based on the actual duration of successfully finished videos and is measured with second-level precision. Failed generations or renders do not consume finished-video minutes under our usage rules. Unused included minutes do not roll over. When a new paid billing period begins after successful payment, the active plan receives its normal included allowance.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the subscription-management process available from your NovaQuasar account. When cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, paid access continues through that already-paid period and the subscription will not renew after the effective cancellation date unless you later establish another paid subscription. Cancellation does not delete your NovaQuasar account, projects, finished videos, or usage history, and it does not restart or restore free-trial eligibility.

Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a paid billing period has begun. Canceling prevents future renewals according to the applicable cancellation timing, but does not automatically refund charges for a billing period that has already begun. We may review and approve refunds or billing adjustments in appropriate circumstances, including genuine billing errors, duplicate or incorrect charges, or other circumstances we determine warrant an adjustment. A failed or past-due renewal does not begin a new paid billing period or grant a new video-minute allowance. Existing paid entitlement continues only through the billing period already paid for. If that period ends without successful renewal or payment recovery, paid generation access may be suspended until billing is successfully restored. A failed payment alone does not automatically delete your account, projects, finished videos, or historical usage.

Nothing in this section limits or removes any refund, cancellation, consumer-protection, or other rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

You may stop using NovaQuasar at any time, and you may permanently delete your account and its content from the Account screen. Deletion is permanent and removes your projects and generated videos; it cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, to protect the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaQuasar is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaQuasar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited or waived under applicable law, including certain consumer rights.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Where required, we will communicate material changes and may ask you to acknowledge the updated version before continuing to use the service.
